The Forest County Historical Society has set education as a priority in serving our Forest County community. For the fifth year in a row, we are going to offer our lecture series on Tuesday evenings throughout this summer. We ask presenters to share a little knowledge about anything that has to do with Forest County. Speakers talk from 7:00-7:30 and stay around until 8:00 if anyone has any questions. The cost of the programs is always free to members while guests are asked for five dollars each.

July 9th- Matt Savinda, of the Pennsylvania Game Commission will once again speak of some of Pennsylvania’s game. This year he will do a “fur kit” and talk about furbearers.
